Mum was being a complete bitch again. This post would have been filled with vulgarities but my mind’s cooled down to a reasonable level of thinking and that’s just not the way to behave after a camp.
Speaking of camp… I’ve realised I want to journey with these kids to their confirmation. They’re all very much different in their own way. Because of my experience with the Johnians, I’ve realised that the special thing about us is that we can come together after a long time of not seeing each other and nothing has ever much changed. We can still joke around, call each other stupid names and laugh at/with each other. We update each other about our lives and everything’s fine and dandy. But…
Maybe not everyone of us feels that way.
I want to journey with those kids.
I want to watch them grow.
I sound old…
AH PEK!!! DO A CAMP NEXT YEAR!
Oh and anyone lovin’ the new wordpress format? It’s awesome that the page no longer has to refresh that much… Plenty of columns and the page doesn’t look cramped at all! FABULOUS!
